Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy explains the permitted and prohibited use of 24IThub LLC hosting, cloud dialer, SIP trunk, hosted PBX, virtual number, toll-free number, and related communication services. By using our services, you agree to comply with this policy.

General Use

Customers must use 24IThub LLC services only for lawful, ethical, and authorized purposes. Any use that violates applicable laws, regulations, telecom rules, third-party rights, or this policy is strictly prohibited.

Prohibited Activities

Customers must not use our services for illegal, fraudulent, abusive, harmful, deceptive, or unauthorized activities, including scams, impersonation, phishing, malware distribution, harassment, threats, or any activity that may harm others.

Spam & Unsolicited Communication

Sending spam, unsolicited bulk messages, unsolicited calls, email abuse, SMS abuse, or any form of unwanted communication through our services is strictly prohibited. Customers must follow all applicable anti-spam and consent-based communication laws.

Robocalling & Auto-Dialing Abuse

Customers must not use cloud dialer, SIP trunk, PBX, TFN, DID, or voice services for illegal robocalling, unauthorized auto-dialing, misleading campaigns, fake caller identity, or calls made without proper consent where required by law.

Fraud, Scam & Misrepresentation

Use of our services for fraud, scam operations, fake offers, financial deception, impersonation of companies, government bodies, banks, support teams, or any misleading representation is strictly prohibited.

Phishing & Credential Theft

Customers must not host, transmit, support, or promote phishing pages, fake login pages, credential theft, data harvesting, or any attempt to unlawfully collect sensitive information from users or third parties.

Malware & Security Abuse

Customers must not upload, distribute, host, transmit, or link to malware, viruses, ransomware, spyware, botnets, exploit kits, or any malicious code or tool designed to harm systems, networks, or users.

Network Abuse

Customers must not perform or support DDoS attacks, port scanning, brute-force attacks, hacking attempts, unauthorized access, traffic flooding, SIP scanning, SIP brute force, or any activity that disrupts networks or systems.

SIP & Telecom Abuse

Customers must not use SIP trunks, hosted PBX, cloud dialers, virtual numbers, toll-free numbers, DID/TFN numbers, or telecom routes for unlawful calling, caller ID spoofing, CLI manipulation, telecom fraud, grey routing, bypass activity, or traffic that violates carrier rules.

Caller ID & Identity Rules

Customers must use accurate and authorized caller identification where applicable. Misleading caller ID, spoofing, impersonation, or use of numbers without authorization may result in immediate suspension or termination.

Content Restrictions

Customers must not host or transmit content that is illegal, abusive, defamatory, obscene, hateful, violent, exploitative, infringing, or otherwise prohibited under applicable law or our service policies.

Intellectual Property

Customers must not use our services to infringe copyrights, trademarks, trade secrets, or other intellectual property rights. We may suspend or remove services involved in valid infringement complaints or legal notices.

Resource Abuse

Customers must not use excessive CPU, RAM, disk I/O, bandwidth, storage, concurrent sessions, call capacity, or other resources in a way that harms service stability, other customers, our network, or third-party networks.

Payment Abuse

Customers must not use stolen cards, unauthorized payment methods, fake billing details, chargeback abuse, payment fraud, or any attempt to avoid payment obligations. Such activity may result in immediate suspension and reporting.

KYC & Compliance

24IThub LLC may request KYC documents, business information, usage details, campaign details, call samples, traffic information, or compliance documents. Failure to provide requested information may result in suspension or termination of services.

Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for all activity conducted through their accounts, servers, dialers, SIP credentials, numbers, users, agents, campaigns, and connected systems, whether authorized by the customer or not.

Security Responsibility

Customers must maintain strong passwords, secure their systems, protect SIP credentials, restrict unauthorized access, and promptly report suspected compromise, misuse, or security incidents to 24IThub LLC.

Monitoring & Investigation

24IThub LLC may monitor service usage, traffic patterns, abuse reports, carrier complaints, payment disputes, and security alerts to detect violations, protect infrastructure, and maintain service quality.

Suspension & Termination

24IThub LLC reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate services immediately, with or without prior notice, if we suspect abuse, fraud, policy violation, telecom violation, security risk, payment issue, or unlawful activity.

No Refund for Violations

No refund, credit, or compensation shall be provided for services suspended or terminated due to violation of this Acceptable Use Policy, Terms & Conditions, Violation & Abuse Policy, telecom rules, or applicable laws.

Law Enforcement & Regulatory Cooperation

24IThub LLC may cooperate with law enforcement agencies, government authorities, regulatory bodies, telecom providers, payment processors, and legal representatives when required by law or necessary to investigate abuse, fraud, or security incidents.

Reporting Abuse

Any abuse, fraud, spam, phishing, telecom abuse, or security complaint related to our services may be reported to the 24IThub LLC support team at support@24ithub.com or through our official support channels.

Changes to This Policy

24IThub LLC reserves the right to update or modify this Acceptable Use Policy at any time. Updated policies may be posted on our website or communicated through official channels. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
