Refund & Cancellation Terms
This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains how payments, cancellations, service termination, and refund requests are handled by 24IThub LLC. By using our services, you agree to this policy.
General Policy
Due to the nature of digital services, hosting services, cloud dialer services, SIP trunk services, hosted PBX, virtual numbers, toll-free numbers, and related communication services provided by 24IThub LLC are generally non-refundable once activated, delivered, configured, or used.
Service Activation
Once a service is activated, provisioned, configured, or login/access details are shared with the customer, the service shall be considered delivered. No refund shall be applicable after service activation unless specifically agreed in writing by 24IThub LLC.
Cancellation Request
Customers may request cancellation of their services by contacting our support team through an official support channel. Cancellation requests must be submitted before the next billing cycle to avoid renewal charges.
No Refund After Usage
Refunds will not be provided for services that have already been used, consumed, accessed, configured, or partially utilized by the customer. This includes hosting resources, cloud dialer setup, SIP usage, number rental, bandwidth, storage, licenses, and technical setup work.
Monthly & Recurring Services
For monthly or recurring services, cancellation will stop future billing only. No partial refund, prorated refund, or credit shall be provided for the remaining unused period of an active billing cycle.
Setup Fees & Installation Charges
Any setup fee, installation charge, configuration fee, migration fee, customization charge, or technical service fee is strictly non-refundable, as these charges are related to work already performed by our technical team.
VoIP, SIP & Number Services
Payments made for SIP Trunks, Cloud Dialers, Hosted PBX, Virtual Numbers, Toll-Free Numbers, DID numbers, TFN numbers, telecom routes, call credits, or telecom-related services are non-refundable once activated, assigned, routed, or used.
Recharge / Wallet Balance
Any wallet recharge, prepaid balance, call credit, or usage-based payment is non-refundable once added or used. Unused wallet balance may be consumed for available services but cannot be withdrawn as cash unless approved in writing by 24IThub LLC.
Policy Violation
No refund shall be provided if the account is suspended or terminated due to violation of our Terms & Conditions, Acceptable Use Policy, Violation & Abuse Policy, telecom regulations, illegal activity, spam, robocalling abuse, phishing, fraud, scam operations, or misuse of services.
Third-Party Services
Any third-party charges including licenses, telecom provider charges, number rental, payment gateway charges, software subscriptions, domain charges, SSL charges, data center charges, or external vendor costs are non-refundable.
Downtime & Technical Issues
Temporary downtime, maintenance, network issues, telecom carrier issues, third-party failure, customer-side configuration issues, or force majeure events shall not automatically qualify for a refund. 24IThub LLC will make reasonable efforts to restore services as soon as possible.
Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
Any chargeback, payment reversal, or payment dispute raised without first contacting 24IThub LLC may result in immediate suspension of all active services. The customer will be responsible for all outstanding amounts, chargeback fees, and recovery costs.
Duplicate Payment
If a customer makes a duplicate payment by mistake, the customer must contact our billing team with valid proof of payment. After verification, 24IThub LLC may adjust the amount against future invoices or issue a refund at its discretion.
Refund Approval
All refund requests are subject to review and approval by 24IThub LLC. Submission of a refund request does not guarantee approval. Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method where possible.
Refund Processing Time
If a refund is approved, it may take 7 to 15 business days to process, depending on the payment gateway, bank, or payment provider involved. 24IThub LLC shall not be responsible for delays caused by banks or payment processors.
Data Backup Before Cancellation
Before requesting cancellation, customers are responsible for downloading and backing up their website, application, files, databases, call records, reports, recordings, and other data. 24IThub LLC shall not be responsible for any data loss after cancellation or termination.
Account Termination
Upon cancellation, suspension, or termination, 24IThub LLC may delete customer data after 7 days unless data retention is required for billing, legal, security, compliance, or regulatory purposes.
Modification of Policy
24IThub LLC reserves the right to modify this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time. Updated policies may be posted on our website or communicated through official channels. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
Telecom & Legal Compliance
Customers are responsible for complying with all applicable telecommunications laws, anti-spam regulations, robocalling restrictions, KYC requirements, fraud prevention rules, and local regulatory requirements in the jurisdictions where the services are used. 24IThub LLC reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate services where fraud, abuse reports, identity verification issues, telecom violations, or regulatory compliance concerns are identified.
Governing Law & Jurisdiction
This Refund & Cancellation Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to 24IThub LLC. Any disputes arising out of or relating to this Policy shall be subject to the competent courts or authorities having jurisdiction over the registered office of 24IThub LLC.
