By using our hosting and communication services, you agree to abide by the terms and conditions set forth in this agreement. This agreement constitutes a legally binding contract between you and 24IThub LLC.

Service Description

Our services may include hosting, cloud dialer, SIP trunk, hosted PBX, virtual number, toll-free number, and related communication infrastructure services as specified in your selected plan or service agreement.

Account Registration & Security

You are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date information during account setup. You must also maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials and promptly notify us of any unauthorized access or security breach.

Payment & Billing

Payment for services is due according to the billing cycle specified in your selected plan. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your account or services.

Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital services, all payments are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in writing by 24IThub LLC.

Acceptable Use Policy

You agree to use our services in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. You shall not engage in illegal activities, spamming, malware distribution, network abuse, or any activity that may harm our servers, network, customers, or third parties.

Violation & Abuse Policy

Any misuse of our Hosting, Cloud Dialer, SIP Trunk, Hosted PBX, Virtual Number, Toll-Free Number, or related services is strictly prohibited. Accounts found involved in spam, robocalling abuse, phishing, fraud, scam operations, illegal marketing campaigns, malware distribution, telecom violations, or any activity that may damage our infrastructure, reputation, or third-party networks may be suspended or terminated immediately. 24IThub LLC reserves the right to cooperate with regulatory authorities, telecom providers, payment processors, and law enforcement agencies when required by applicable laws. No refund shall be provided for accounts terminated due to policy violations.

KYC & Verification

24IThub LLC reserves the right to request identity verification documents, business details, usage information, and compliance documents at any time. Failure to provide requested information may result in suspension or termination of services.

Hosting Resource Usage

You agree not to use excessive CPU, RAM, disk I/O, bandwidth, or other server resources that negatively impact service performance or availability. We reserve the right to take necessary action against accounts violating this policy.

Data Backup

While we may make reasonable efforts to maintain backups, you are solely responsible for backing up your website, applications, and data. We strongly recommend maintaining your own backup solution.

Service Availability & Downtime

We strive to provide high availability of services; however, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access due to maintenance, network issues, third-party failures, cyberattacks, force majeure events, or other factors beyond our control.

Support Services

We provide technical support for service-related issues through available support channels such as email, live chat, or ticket systems. Response times may vary depending on the urgency and complexity of the issue.

VoIP & Telecom Compliance

Customers are solely responsible for ensuring that their use of SIP Trunks, Cloud Dialers, Hosted PBX, Virtual Numbers, Toll-Free Numbers, and Voice Services complies with all applicable local, national, and international laws and telecommunications regulations.

Suspension & Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services immediately if we believe the account is involved in abuse, non-payment, violation of terms, illegal activity, or activity that may harm our infrastructure, reputation, partners, or other customers.

Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Any chargeback or payment dispute may result in immediate suspension of all services until the matter is resolved. You agree to pay all applicable costs and fees related to collection of outstanding balances.

Data Retention

We may permanently delete data associated with suspended or terminated accounts after 7 days, unless retention is required for legal, compliance, billing, or security reasons.

Limitation of Liability

24IThub LLC shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of data, revenue, profits, or business interruption arising from the use or inability to use our services.

Modification of Terms

24IThub LLC reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Changes may be communicated by email or posted on our website. Continued use of our services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
